SERVICE POLICY

To ensure a clear and fair process for everyone, here are a few guidelines to keep in mind if you’re considering or purchasing one of my services.

• Your appointment will only be booked once payment has been received in full (either all at once or through a payment plan arranged directly on the website).
• I do not offer refunds on my services.
• I can offer an exchange for another service if you change your mind, provided you let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any price adjustment (if applicable) must also be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
